Deep Sea Blue 10 1/2 x 13" metal border and Deep Blue Lucite panel on ebony finish plaque includes custom header plate and 12 individual plates for release through entry of end-user code on back of plaque into our plate release website. Individual plates include permanent adhesive backing. We will ship plaques with engraved header plate and any engraved plates ordered on initial order in about 10 working days. Any plaque(s) shipped will be packaged individually in a 2-Piece Presentation Box. At the end of each period, order subsequent plates by going to Easy Perpetual website. Plates ordered will arrive by mail in a few days. Made in the USA.
